Roxanne Lachapelle serves as the Administrator of Villa St. Gabriel Villa, bringing more than 22 years of experience in long-term care and geriatric services. Having grown professionally within the organization, Roxanne, who is bilingual, has held a variety of leadership roles that have provided her with a strong understanding of clinical operations, quality improvement, team development, and resident-centered care.

Throughout her career, Roxanne has been committed to fostering a culture of compassion, collaboration, and excellence. She believes that exceptional resident care begins with empowering staff, building strong relationships with residents and families, and creating an environment where everyone feels respected, valued, and heard.

As Administrator, Roxanne is responsible for the overall leadership and operations of the home, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care while supporting innovation, continuous quality improvement, and compliance with provincial standards. She is passionate about strengthening partnerships with residents, families, staff, physicians, volunteers, and community organizations to enhance the quality of life for those who call Villa St. Gabriel Villa home.
